Boil up is a colloquial term for a method of cooking and a traditional Kriol dish in Belize. Basically you add many things to the pot and boil it up. For those of you who know our story this is our 2011/2012 boil up. We are adding more to our land and boiling it up with the experience we have gained and the experiences yet to come this year. So, this is the start of our Boil up. I hope it keeps you entertained and informed as we continue our Belizean adventures.
